Although there are many styles of chain, we have picked four main styles of chain to go with any pendants you choose, we have chosen what we think is the correct chain weight and gauge for each pendant all you need to do is pick the chain style and length you need from 16" to 22".
How do I get the ashes into the pendant?
You can bring the ashes into the shop and we will do it free of charge or alternatively its easy to do it yourself... We suggest making a simple paper funnel, unscrew the top pour a little ash into the funnel and gently pour into the pendant when full make sure the thread is clear apply a little glue and screw the top back in making sure it aligns.
How long will it take for my items to be shipped?
These items are generally made to order but we hope to ship silver within 14 working days and gold within 21 days... Bespoke engraving may take a little longer but we would hope to engrave in the time frame quoted.
Can I visit the shop or showroom where I can view samples?
Yes you can, it would be good to see you and we could answer any questions you may have.
What if I have a bespoke Idea, can Forget Me Not Jewellery help?
Yes we can, we are working jewellers and happy to look at any bespoke ideas you may have and we can always quote without obligation.
Forget Me Not Jewellery works very hard to deliver the highest quality items and aims to provide an effortless shopping experience. We do however understand there may be situations where you wish to return an item.
1 Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you find an item to be faulty, you will have 30 days from receipt of delivery to return the article with proof of purchase and if you do not want a replacement sent out you will be offered a full refund including postage.
2 General Returns
Whilst we make every effort to represent the items accurately online, we appreciate that you will not ‘see and feel’ the item until it is actually received. In the case that you change your mind about the item, you will have 14 days from delivery to inform us of your intent and a further 14 to return the item to us and you will be offered a refund less any postage paid.
3 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, either as a faulty item or general return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on bespoke or special items with personalized engraving.
We may grant, at our sole discretion, a partial refund in the following circumstances:
1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
5 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 14 days.
6 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet and have made the relevant inquiries with your bank or credit card company, please feel free to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
7 Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 36 Northampton Street Birmingham GB B18 6DX.
If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative due to changing your mind, you must return the item as described in sections 2 and 3 and contact us via email. Any difference in price between items must be settled prior to exchange being authorized.
